About me

I am Marina Dölker, a trained mediator and conflict consultant with experience in the international humanitarian sector.

My work is shaped by intercultural competence, strong communication skills and a discrimination-sensitive approach to working with diverse groups.

I see my role as that of a supportive facilitator: I bring methods, communication and questioning techniques to help people address their conflicts constructively and find their own ways forward.
